Instructions for candidates
1) Before answering the questions enter roll number, standard, division, subject and date
correctly.
2) Attend carefully to any general instruction that may be given at the head of the question
paper.
3) Remember that neatness, hand-writing and spelling will be taken into account in every
subject.
4) Any misprint/incomplete questions due to printing lapses must be reported to the
invigilator immediately.
5) Write on both sides and number the pages.
6) Number your answers as per the question paper.
7) Revise your answer papers before submitting them.
8) No pupil should have in his possession in the examination hall, any book, memorandum or
notes. Any one found cheating in the examination hall will be instantly expelled and
reported.
1) Parents / Guardians are not allowed to remain in the school premises during school
hours.
2) Parents are allowed to meet teachers after school hours between (3:45 to 4: 25) on any
working days,(Monday to Friday)
3) There is no office transaction between 12.45 pm and 1.30 p.m. and therefore during these
hours no parents are allowed to be in the School campus.
4) Once a student comes to school, he will not be allowed to go home in between the working
hours i.e. no halfday leave will be granted to any student for any reason. Sick students
should not be forced to attend school. Sick leave should be accompanied by a medical
certificate.
5) Parents unable to attend Open Day must inform the class teacher earlier, but no alternate
date will be arranged. Any clarification regarding Open Day must be made with the
principal.
6) Parents are requested to co - operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity
and discipline on their children by seeing that they prepare their lessons daily and by
taking an active interest in the activities of the school.
7) Parents are requested to sign messages, progress reports or any other similar documents
when so required. FAILURE TO DO THIS MAY PUT THEIR CHILDREN TO GREAT INCONVENIENCE AND
RENDER THEM LIABLE TO BEING SENT HOME. Repeated late
coming or forgetting to bring books may be punished in the same way.
8)Parents will not be permitted to the class rooms without prior permission either to see
their children or make queries with the teachers. Any communication (request or complaint)
is to be addressed to the principal only.
9)No pupil will be allowed to leave the school during class time with the servants or
others, unless a letter from his/her parents/guardian is produced to the Principal.
10) Request for leave of more than three working days must be submitted in writing and
sanctioned by the Principal.
11) A medical certificate is to be produced if a child is absent for more than 5 days.
12) All queries regarding uniform, books, I.D Cards, hand book to be made at the school
office only.
13) After 1st and 2nd Unit Tests and Term Examination an Open Day is scheduled. All parents
especially those of the weak students are advised to take maximum benefit of this programme
so as to have a first hand information about your ward's academic performance and behaviour
pattern.
14) Co-curricular activities on Saturdays compulsory for students from Std I-X.
15) All doctors appoints should be made outside school hours only.
16) Any clarification / information required by parent from teachers must be noted on the
parent communication page provided in the handbook.
17) Parents/Guardians may not however dictate to the Principal, as only he has the right to
say on what conditions he will admit or retain a student in the school/college.
18) Parents/Guardians are strictly recommended to supervise study of their wards at home. In
this, they should be guided the periodic reports sent to them by the school about their
progress of the wards. They should sign all the reports and notes sent to them in order to
show that they have seen the remarks. They should come to collect the reports when ever
called to do so.
19) As a matter of policy, we discourage private tuition, since this make the child unduly
dependent on the tutor for his/her work. But where there is need for remedial tuition for a
period of time this may be arranged.
20) Pupils are expected to take good care of their personal belongings. Tiffin carriers and
cardigans should be marked clearly and indelibly with the owner's name, class and
address.
21) School/College is not responsible for goods or money lost in the school and discourages
bringing of valuables to the school. Wearing of jewelly in the school campus is not
permitted.
22) Parents/Guardians and students should bear in mind that any school certificates should
be a true copy of the school records as regards to a student's conduct in and out of class,
her/his progress in studies, in games etc. Under no circumstance, therefore, can the school
authorities issue a certificate different from what is vouchered for by the school
records.
23) Parents/Guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the students or meet their
teachers during school hours with out the permission of the principal.
24) Parents/Guardians are requested to go through the rules carefully and co-operate with
the management for duly observing the rules and regulations of the school to maintain the
discipline and decorum of the school.
25) Parents are requested to ensure that their wards carry out the assigned homework
regularly, check the daily reports and records of work noted in Hand Book.
26) Parents are requested not to send children infected with measles, mumps, chicken pox and
other infectious diseases to the school. So that other children are free from such
infections. A medical certificate should be produced before the child is permitted to rejoin
the school.
1)All the pupils, when admitted and while studying in the school must make themselves
acquainted with the rules given in the Handbook. Ignorance of the rule will be no
excuse.
2) All the pupils must equip themselves with a complete set of everything that is necessary
for their studies. They must use their own materials and be responsible for their book, gold
ornaments, money, clothes and other articles that are lost.
3) No pupil should absent himself/herself from the school without leave of absence, except
on a written note from parents or guardians in the handbook for genuine reasons. In case of
prolonged illness, the Principal should be informed. NO CHILD WHO HAS BEEN ABSENT FROM THE
CLASS WILL BE ADMITTED UNLESS HE/SHE BRINGS A NOTE FROM THE PARENTS OR GUARDIAN STATING THE
REASON FOR THE ABSENCE.
4) Pupils, who take leave without notice or do not report on the first day of school will
have their name stuck off from the rolls for unexplained absence and as a rule will not be
readmitted.
5) Irregular attendance at school, habitual laziness, disobedience, or misconduct, injurious
to the moral tone of the school, in or outside the school, are sufficient reasons for the
dismissal of a pupil.
6) Any student, who is found to have caused damage of any kind in the class or the premises
of the school will have to make good the damage done.
7) Every pupil MUST possess a copy of the Hand Book which is to be BROUGHT TO THE CLASS ON
ALL SCHOOL DAYS. No pupil is
permitted to tear any page from the Hand Book. Breach of this rule will be dealt with
severely.
Girls: No fancy bindis, kajal, long ear-rings, anklets, nail painting. Nails should be
trimmed regularly.
Boys: Hair neatly cut, no use of hair gel, no spikes, no different hair styles. Nails should
be trimmed regularly.
8) All pupils MUST come to school in their full school uniform.
9) During the absence of the teacher, students shall not leave the class room or their
places or make noise.
10) Any pupil coming habitually late may not enter the classroom unless he/she bring to the
teacher a note from the Principal. Pupil who come more than 3 days in a month are liable to
come along with parents to meet the principal.
11) Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is not allowed. No pupil may
enter any class room other than his/her own without permission. While going to the Assembly,
library, P.T. classes, Computer Lab or when changing class rooms for language classes the
students should go in silence, in single line without disturbing the neighbouring
classes.
12) For breach of any school rule, a pupil may be fined or otherwise punished, at the
discretion of the Principal.
13) Teachers are available for consultation regarding performance of children on Saturdays
between 10:00 am and 11:00 am.
